Order Processing

Bijoux Closet, in its sole discretion, may choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product is out of stock, or where we suspect the request is fraudulent, or any other circumstances that Bijoux Closet may consider appropriate at its sole discretion. Bijoux Closet also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. You will not be charged or a refund will be processed for orders that either cancelled or not processed.

Order Processing Time

Bijoux Closet will process the order within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. There may be circumstances when an item listed in stock is actually sold out but shows in stock at the time you have placed an order. In such rare cases Bijoux Closet does not guarantee shipment of the item and will notify you about the out-of-stock item via email.

Payment Options

Return Policy

Bijoux Closet strives to have a flexible policy to accommodate returns. Certain items such as earrings, scarves, hats and items that are marked as final sale in the item description are not returnable.

Returns will only be processed if the buyer sends a written request within 10 days of item being shipped. Items must be returned with the original tags in place and will be checked for damage/wear. All returns must be mailed at customer's cost. For further queries email us at info@bijouxcloset.com

Bijoux Closet makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions of products and information on our website and cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or inadvertent errors. Any warranty and authenticity booklets that come with the product will be provided with the product and this information is expressly stated with the words ”comes with a life-time warranty or warranty” or “authenticity booklet included” in the individual product details section.

Pricing Information

Bijoux Closet ensures that all the prices reflected on the website are accurate, however, Bijoux Closet reserves the right to cancel or not process an order where the price reflected is incorrect. Notice of a cancelled order will be communicated via email.

All prices and tax are reflected in the Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Bijoux Closet strives to provide competitive shipping rates. Shipping and tax are calculated at the time of checkout. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change.

Shipping charges within Canada

Purchases of CAD 75 or more - Free Standard Shipping (Delivery 4-6 Business days).

Purchases under CAD 75 - A shipping charge of CAD 15 applies (Delivery 4-6 Business days).

Shipping charges to the U.S.

Purchases of CAD 90 or more - Free Standard Shipping (Delivery 6-8 Business Days).

Purchases under CAD 90 - A shipping charge of CAD 20 applies (Delivery 6-8 Business Days).

Currently items are only shipped to Canada and the United States.
